All necessary product text & graphical content will be provided from client side.
Updates are usually done within 24 working hours, depending on the technical complexity of work time may vary.
Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, we would request you to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made.
We do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, if a change needs to
be made due to client error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
Maintenance is defined as keeping the website current. Website Maintenance is not intended to be a redesign or revamp.
We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new design". New design work is charged at our website design rate.
These updates include, but are not limited to text changes, picture and graphics changes, and adding necessary script.
Client agrees to allow access to their above listed websites, web servers, file directory, or any other directories or
programs or sites which need to be accessed for maintenance and control
including if needed domain management.
The Client represents to Kvisionex and unconditionally guarantees that any
elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork
furnished to Kvisionex for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Kvisionex from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
Updates should be provided by email with proper details and required materials.
Support on email / phone / remote access platform & 24/5 support, excluding weekends or national holiday.
Any customization or additional features other than above mentioned in website and Android App maintenance will be charge additionally.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
A certified letter is required to cancel the contracted Project at the request of the Client.
In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the
Client by certified letter, the Developer of Kvisionex shall have the right to
retain/claim full payment of the current phase of development. In the event this
amount is not sufficient to cover Developer time and expenses, additional
payment will be due.
If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification via certified letter to stop work. Final payment will be expected under the same terms as listed in section 16.
The advance payment would not be refunded if the development of the project has been started from the company in any cases.
But if incase the development
of your project is not been started by the company your advance payment can be refunded in 30 working days.
If the client creates any kind of disturbance that can harm the trust of company.
The company has right to cancel his project without giving them their advance payment and strict action can be imposed on them.
